This historic residential painting project involved a beautiful waterfront property located on Harsens Island, Michigan. It provided an extensive exterior painting canvas that our skilled team could truly sink their teeth into.
As shown in the original condition image, the building initially featured an outdated brown shingle roofing profile paired with faded cream siding walls, alongside heavy taupe and dark brown trim elements masking the natural tan fieldstone accent features.
Our organized project management plan required a meticulous two-stage structural coating process. The perimeter architectural trim accents were slated for immediate restoration right after a new roof installation, followed by our planned return the next season to address the main siding boards and exterior stone surfaces.
Clean Cut painters were excited to deploy our specialized extension ladder gear. Our experts focused first on treating the overhead soffit areas, custom window casings, and perimeter trim moldings to establish clean, sharp boundaries early on.
The final exterior residential painting results speak for themselves. All of the dated neutrals and heavy muddy brown tones have been updated with crisp black, balanced charcoal gray, and premium brilliant white trim work, generating an exceptionally striking, high-contrast modern curb appeal.
